  1. I thought I would show a quick movie of me exercising in the gym, but chickened out after the first set! At least you can see the types of exercises I like to do. I tend to sit for them as I had back surgery in 2016. A 90-minute workout is all it takes, four days a week. I seem to be maintaining my strength pretty well, and will continue my regimen as long as I can! Four sets of 10 repetitions, ending off with 200 crunches.

    1. Victoria, I’m struggling to keep up with other commitments right now, with an emphasis to seek donations for the Central Valley walk in Fresno on October 28th. I’ll get to this eventually!
